Exchange and Return Policy

The right is guaranteed for all our customers on all products in the store.

Replacement or refund is available if the product is in its original condition and has not been used.

You must contact the company to submit a replacement or return request within 14 days of receiving the product.

The customer sends a short video of the product before activating the order.

Upon approval of the request, the replacement will be shipped within 5 days for a shipping fee only.

Upon approval of the return request, the value after deducting shipping will be sent after receiving the product and confirming its condition.
